Thyme
Thyme (Thyme) is a plant of the Lamiaceae family. This plant has 450 species, of which about 14 species exist in Iran. Thymus properties are very broad in a way that can be used to treat a variety of diseases to the health and beauty of skin and hair. This herb is the best cure for infections in all parts of the body.
Except for Thymus (Thymus Vulgaris), in Iran, there is another Lamiaceae family, named Shirazi Avishan or Zataria (Zataria Multiflora).
Most Important Uses of Thyme

Strengthen the immune system: Due to its antioxidant properties, this plant prevents infection and disease. Thyme oil increases omega 3 in the brain, helping to maintain the body’s cells and reducing the aging process. Thyme is a great energy tonic for the body.
